Ingredients you need
...your purchased mix
4 Tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup warm water (90°)
Step 1: Set the packet of grains aside.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine the packet
of flour with the warm water and butter
Step 3: Knead the dough a few times, right in the bowl.
Step 4: Wrap the dough in some plastic wrap and
refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 5: After 2 hours, preheat the oven to 400° and
line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 6: Dump the Seed and Grain mixture onto the
counter.
Step 7: Press the dough into the seed and grain
mixture.
Turn
the dough over and press the other side of the dough into the seed and grain mixture.
Turn
and press a few more times, working the seeds and grains into the dough.
Step 8: Use a rolling pin and roll the dough out to a
12 x 12 inch square, rotating and turning the dough as you roll.
Step 9: Cut the dough into crackers and place them onto
the prepared baking sheet.
Step 10: Bake at 400° for 10-14 minutes, or until
lightly browned.
Allow the
crackers to cool on the baking sheet.
